• Ontario Mills, Ontario, California – Successfully launched the grand opening of California’s largest shopping
destination in November 1996. As an employee of the Mills Corporation, ChrisAnn oversaw an advertising budget of
$2.3 million and directed a staff of 27 personnel. Ontario Mills attracted more than 12.3 million shoppers in its first
year of operation – more than visited Disneyland in 1997. In 1996, the mall received more than $3.5 million in
publicity for its Grand Opening splash. Over 284 print articles, 65 television stories, and 20 minutes of radio reports
were placed.

• Beverly Center, Los Angeles, California – We had a 15-month contract with the Center, overseeing their entire
marketing program while they conducted an executive search for a full-time marketing director. We oversaw the

State of California’s division of tourism themed “Find Yourself Here.”
